This has a great story, set in the future of japan after an apocalyptic event, where a virus mutated people and cats alike.

The catgirls are just delusions of the protagonist, they're actually just plain cats. After the outbreak has been dealt with, the remaining humans had enslaved the feline people, and rebuilt society with them as the labor force. R-18 patch shows the true nature of your character, and his slaves. It's a great metaphor for the catgirl illuminati and their true intentions.

NEKOPARA isn't a game or even Visual Novel for everyone. If you are looking for a long VN with an actual plot, this isn't for you. If you like cute cat girls and want to play something short, enjoy couple nice H-scenes, then this is it. While the game is short, its price is small too. If you are a fan of sayori's work you'll want to get the game no matter what. If you are into catgirls, get it. But I recommend the patch which adds removed 18+ content.
