Black Mesa is the perfect example of what a community of hardcore fans can do when they unite to make us revive the main campaign of Half Life in a remarkable way. Its fun, the graphics are amazing and its even better if you never got the chance or got in to the original version of Half Life 1. Sound is awesome, music's done really well, fine detail and impovements so far have genuinely. Game runing on a old engine and the gameplay is very smooth and a great experience. The models, the textures, the sounds, the gameplay, everything you can think of. The gameplay is faithful, feeling just as smooth as the original and the detail in the Black Mesa facility is downright great.
This game has been in development for a long time, and it shows. The single player game play is action-packed and actually very challenging on the harder levels. Plus, there are many side rooms to explore and little details to see, which makes the game a lot of fun to really thoroughly play.
